Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner located in Bloomington, IL. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary and urgent care services to patients. The role includes conducting patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners and Nursing skills
• Primary Care and Medicine skills
• Urgent Care skills
• Experience in senior and transitional care medicine is a plus
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Nursing and valid Nurse Practitioner license
