Location : On-site in Gig Harbor, WA; some travel may be required (up to 10% of the time)

Salary : USD 70,000 / year

About the Role

As a Content Coordinator, you will help bring our brand to life across social media, email, blogs, and SMS. This role is all about creating scroll-stopping, joy-inducing, Farmgirl-relevant content. We're looking for someone with a knack for witty comebacks who can turn everyday moments into relatable stories. You'll work closely with our creative team and Director of Marketing to brainstorm, plan, and execute high-performing content that grows our community, boosts engagement, and supports our campaigns. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with just about every department to find and tell the most interesting stories about what makes Farmgirl, well... Farmgirl. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to create, test, refine, and repeat.

What You'll Do

• Brainstorm and develop content ideas for social media, email, blog, and SMS that reflect the Farmgirl brand and voice.
• Create authentic, relatable copy for various platforms, from Instagram captions to email headers to long-form blog content.
• Help schedule and publish content across all relevant platforms using social or email scheduling tools, and engage with our community through our owned channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Experience, Ops, Product, etc.) to mine great stories and updates to share with our community.
• Assist with light reporting and content performance recaps to help us learn and optimize what we create.
• Stay on top of pop culture, internet trends, and what's working on other brands' feeds to keep our content fresh and relevant.
