Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are effectively managed.

Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, tailoring insurance plans to meet their specific requirements.

Policy Administration: Oversee the administration of commercial insurance policies, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to industry standards.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, delivering excellent customer service.

Renewals and Retention: Proactively manage policy renewals and work to retain client accounts through skilled negotiation and relationship building.

Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and support staff to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably within the insurance industry.

Licensing: Active Iowa insurance license is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and issues effectively.

Organization: Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and tasks.

Technologically Proficient: Comfortable using CRM software and other common communication tools.

Remote Work: Ability to work effectively from home and manage tasks independently.
