Subrogation Coordinator

Full-Time | Exempt | On-Site (Plainville, CT)

Compensation : $60,000 Bonus : $2000-$8000

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to make an impact in the healthcare recovery field? We’re looking for a Subrogation Coordinator to join our growing Subrogation Services team. This role plays a key part in investigating, organizing, and coordinating information for third-party liability cases and recoveries.

What You’ll Do

Conduct phone and electronic investigations to determine liability and damages

Identify first- and third-party liability in potential recovery cases

Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date case files

Coordinate lien information directly with plaintiff attorneys and insurance carriers

Provide general support to Subrogation Specialists and Lead Negotiators

What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in legal support, collections, or related fields

Experience in property & casualty or healthcare insurance preferred

Familiarity with healthcare claims, ICD-10 codes, and basic litigation or lien rights is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle high phone volume and communicate professionally with attorneys and insurance representatives

Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
