Test Lead Oracle CCB / C2M Automation (Selenium / Appium)

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCB) and / or Customer to Meter (C2M) and hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, and Playwright. A deep understanding of the Utilities domain and leadership in QA delivery and test architecture are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the QA efforts for projects involving Oracle CCB / C2M, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of test artifacts.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using tools like Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other QA teams to define test strategies and plans.
• Drive test case design, execution, defect tracking, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and testers.
• Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes.
