Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance and Change PMO Lead to manage financial governance and change management across complex project portfolios. Reporting to the Senior Lead of Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will act as a critical liaison between the TMO, Finance, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient management of financial and change control processes aligned with our organizational strategy. This role will primarily be onsite, with some remote work flexibility. Travel within the US may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Governance & Oversight
• Enhance PMO financial frameworks, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking for projects.
• Monitor financial performance, provide variance analysis, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance for accurate month-end reporting and CAPEX / OPEX classifications.
• Support business cases, financial modeling, and ROI analysis as needed.
• Change Control Management
• Improve the structured change control process across all projects.
• Review and coordinate the approval of change requests (scope, budget, schedule, resources).
• Maintain change logs and ensure transparent documentation of impacts and decisions.
• Provide training on change control processes to project teams.
• PMO Operations & Reporting
• Lead financial and change control reporting to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO tools and processes related to finance and change control.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Support risk and issue management related to financial and change implications.
