Meyer's of Syracuse is seeking a talented, fresh, energetic individual to join our team and assist in our title office. The Title Clerk is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below :
- Submit complete and accurate title / registration paperwork within state required compliance deadlines.
- Review and research title documentation for completion.
- Communicates with customers to help with any title / registration concerns or questions.
- Occasional DMV run to process deals.
- Filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :
Prior title clerk experience is encouraged.Keep sensitive information confidential.Excellent organizational skills.Detail orientated, adaptable to meet and work with fluctuating deadlines.Excellent follow through skills.Embrace a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in fast-paced working environment.Ability to work independently and with a team.
