About the Practice :

Our Project Finance group advises developers, lenders, sponsors, and investors in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy, conventional power, oil and gas, hydrogen, and transportation. We are known for our sophisticated work in both domestic and cross-border transactions, including project development, debt and equity finance, and tax equity structuring.
