Kentucky Licensed Care Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

Supervises the care management team and oversees care management delivery to ensure quality and compliance

Assigns caseloads and work assignments based on state requirements and member needs

Evaluates team performance and provides coaching and guidance to improve member and provider experience

Required Qualifications

Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree

4+ years of related experience in care management

RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and / or Compact State Licensure required

Experience in supervising care management teams

Ability to lead and champion change within the team
