The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, ensuring compliance with store standards and company programs, leading safety meetings, and more.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and physical requirements such as lifting, standing, and operating a motor vehicle.
