Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling and social media? The KCNA Social Media team is looking for a Social Content Creator to help shape the voice of beloved, iconic brands through bold, trend-setting content. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a sharp eye for design and video editing, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging, platform-native content (videography, photography, and graphic design), while also supporting the sourcing of user-generated, employee-generated, and partner-produced content. Your work will directly influence how consumers experience and engage with our brands, helping to build community and drive cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (90%)
Develop thumb-stopping content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Shoot original videos, take photos, and design static graphics aligned with brand guidelines and current trends. Appear on camera / videos.
Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals.
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform content strategy.
Participate in all stages of content creation — from ideation to execution.
Review performance data regularly to assess and optimize content effectiveness.
Expected to appear on camera within produced content.
Content Coordination (10%)
Discover, source, and manage content banks of UGC, EGC, and partner-produced assets.
Support creative briefing, development, and production of externally sourced content.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media content creation.
Strong graphic design, videography, photography, and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Portfolio showcasing standout social content and creative impact is required.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Experience in community management and / or agency background is a bonus.
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is highly desirable.
Candidates with a visible personal social presence (e.g., Instagram or TikTok, YouTube) are preferred.
