Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) technologies were originally designed for older, high-risk patients. Today, younger, more active patients need a better solution that will not just open and close but restore healthy heart function. We seek to restore healthy blood flow patterns by creating the world's first biomimetic TAVR valve, DurAVR® THV. This cutting-edge valve, incorporating our proprietary ADAPT® anti-calcification technology, is designed to mimic the natural function of a healthy heart valve.

As we continue to grow globally, we're seeking an IT Support Specialist to be a key partner in keeping our teams connected and productive. This role is based onsite at our Maple Grove, MN office and will primarily support employees in the US and Geneva, Switzerland.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer support. You'll be the first point of contact for ICT needs, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly while contributing to a secure, efficient, and scalable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support (70%)

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT support via phone, ticketing system, and in person
  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows 11 desktops and laptops, Apple iOS devices, and Android devices
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and business-specific software
  • Manage onboarding / offboarding processes, including account setup and initial user training
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary, and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or complex problems
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and training resources for staff
  • Deliver excellent customer service while balancing multiple priorities

Systems & Infrastructure Support (30%)

  • Support and administer the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Server 2019 / 2022 and related services
  • Perform backup recovery testing and maintain asset management records
  • Monitor WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi systems; support networking equipment including switches
  • Administer security solutions including antivirus and mobile device management (MDM)
  • Support conference room audio / visual systems, MS Teams, and Zoom
  • Qualifications

    Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or systems administration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environments
  • Familiarity with iOS, Android, and common productivity tools
  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices and security tools
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA strongly preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or collaborate
  • Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Cisco Meraki and / or Palo Alto system administration
  • MacOS support
  • MDM platforms (e.g., NinjaOne, Intune, or similar)

  • Additional Information

  • This role is primarily onsite at Maple Grove, MN (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm), with occasional support required at our Eagan site.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across US, Geneva, and Australian teams, including occasional work outside standard hours.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
