Oversee and mentor APRNs and PAs, including recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, evaluation, and ongoing professional growth.
Collaborate with medical directors and division chiefs on strategy, quality initiatives, and operational goals.
Lead quality improvement, research, and clinical initiatives to support national standards and Magnet recognition.
Develop and manage operational and capital budgets.
Represent advanced practice leadership within patient care services and at organizational leadership committees.
What you must have:
Masters in nursing required; Doctorate (DNP/PhD) preferred.
Active RN and APRN licensure in Ohio.
5–7 years of progressive healthcare leadership, with advanced practice nursing and pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational excellence.
