As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. By conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence, you will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, staff, students, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the campus buildings and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns in and around the educational location. Assist with access control and visitor management to help to maintain a secure environment for the campus community. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and visitors while representing Allied Universal at all times. Support emergency response activities as directed by site leadership or Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements : Able to ride a bike. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
