Job descriptionSchedule : Full-Time, 4 to 5 days / wk. New Grads Welcome : Yes Focus Areas : Restorative, endodontics, surgical extractions, bread & butter dentistry Comprehensive Dental Care : Provide a full spectrum of dental services, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions. Endodontic Procedures : Perform molar endodontic treatments, including root canal therapies, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Patient Education : Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health. Treatment Planning : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories. Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations. Educational Background : Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Licensure : Active dental license in the state of Illinois. Experience : Open to new graduates; 2+ years of clinical experience preferred but not required. Skills : Strong diagnostic abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Professionalism : Dedication to continuous professional development and adherence to the highest ethical standards in dentistry.
