• What You’ll Be Doing
• Refinishing and resurfacing bathtubs, tile, countertops, cabinets, and epoxy flooring
• Traveling to and from client projects across Mid-Michigan
• Representing New Finish with professionalism and pride
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with clients and teammates
• Helping create 5-star experiences that earn rave reviews and repeat business

• Position Details
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | No Weekends
• Base Pay : $17 / hr to start
• Bonuses : Up to $540 / month + 10% upsell commissions uncapped
• Benefits : Company vehicle (take home), paid vacation & holidays, retirement with match, paid training
• Experience Preferred : 1+ year in home improvement, auto body, painting, or related trades
• License : Valid driver’s license required
• Location : In-field, Mid-Michigan area
