Harrys is building a modern CPG company by putting people first & delivering against real unmet consumer needs.
The companys flagship brand - Harrys - was founded by Jeff Raider & Andy Katz-Mayfield in 2013. After successfully launching & scaling Harrys, Jeff & Andy saw an opportunity to bring their experience building Harrys to other CPG categories where the consumer has also been historically underserved.
Harrys has grown significantly over the last ten years, & is now made up of four brands - Harrys, Flamingo, Lume, Mando - and Harrys Labs, the companys incubation & M&A engine. The company employs more than 900 people across the U.S., U.K. & Germany, & is the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years.

About the Team
The Strategy & Business Operations team at Harrys works cross-functionally to develop the companys strategic focus, manage internal strategic projects as well as evaluate existing & future opportunities, & improve business processes around the organization. The team is focused on growing revenue & profit for the Harrys & Flamingo brands globally.
About the Role
As a Manager on the team, you will work to answer our most pressing strategic questions. You will assist in developing the long-term vision for the company & work on a wide range of projects to add value in many parts of the business; & while strategic planning is important, the implementation of initiatives & execution on business opportunities will be critical. This role will be based at our headquarters in New York, with some domestic & international travel to be expected.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size & industry, & are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of & our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $120,400-$165,550, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidates location, skill level & experience.
