REQUIREMENTS : 2+ years of RECENT collections experience Good Job Stability (No more than 3 jobs in the last two years) Professional communication skills (written and verbal) and active listening skills Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities Self-motivated with a strong initiative to succeed If Interested : Apply Online @ www.cornerstonestaffing.com Select Arlington Office Mention Job #152586 In Your Communication Job Title : Auto Collections Representative Job Description : Collect delinquent automotive accounts efficiently and professionally, following standardized procedures Pay : $19 / hr ($22 / hr. once hired on) Schedules : Shifts : Between 8AM-9PM Days Off : Two days off each week Weekends : Availability needed for up to 2 Saturdays a month and 1 Sunday per quarter Overtime : Mandatory overtime at month-end Example Schedule : Monday - Friday : 8AM-5PM (2 shifts) 12PM-9PM (2 shifts) Saturday : 8AM-2PM (Up to 2 Saturdays a month) Sunday : 2PM-8PM (one Sunday shift per quarter) Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Meets performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives (e.g., minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises / call ratio, promises kept). Manages client communications and provides accurate account details and information with a high level of professionalism and integrity, while following all required compliance and quality expectations. Executes calls to assigned accounts in order of the collection system queue priority as established by current calling strategy. Documents all collection efforts for each assigned account in the collection system using appropriate codes and notes in accordance with established procedures. Offers / executes payment assistance and settlement programs for clients based upon written policy guidelines.
