About The Position

Licensed Social Worker to provide direct social work services to geriatric participants, including one-on-one and group counseling, assessments, care planning, and coordination of community and financial resources. Role involves some in-field work for home assessments in South King County, with mileage reimbursement and paid travel time. Autonomy in scheduling home visits is provided.

Must have 2+ years experience with geriatric population

MSW required

One of the following licenses : WA LICSW, WA LSWAIC, OR WA LASW

BLS certification

Day shift : 5x8 hours (08 : 00 - 17 : 00)

First-time travelers accepted

No weekends or on-call required

EPIC charting experience
