Associate Director Capital Procurement Performance and Governance

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Capital and Real Estate, the Associate Director Capital Procurement Performance and Governance plays a pivotal role in designing, constructing, modifying, and qualifying administrative, development, and manufacturing facilities. This role leads the development and administration of standardized capital procurement processes to ensure consistent and predictable project delivery aligned with cost and schedule objectives.
You will support the Capital Project Procurement organization in acquiring engineering, automation, equipment, and construction services through category-based strategies, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management with key global suppliers.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $122,250 - $179,300.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
