No weekends; No call

DOT Pre-employment physicals & On the job injuries

EMR : Occuflex

REQUIRED :

IN state license; active, unrestricted & DEA

BLS / CPR Certification

DOT / NRCME Certificate

Prescriptive Authority / Delegation Agreement

COMPENSATION :

Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE :

Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
