- Full-time schedule with no weekends, no call, no guarantee
- 30 units per week productivity requirement
- Home health and adult care setting
- Two years acute care or rehabilitation experience required
- One year experience with Healthcare Homebase and OASIS required
- Bachelor of Science degree from accredited OT program required
- Current CPR certification and driver's license required
- Physical demands include heavy lifting, bending, and standing
