We are seeking hard working, driven, friendly candidates to fill our Customer Service and Sales Hybrid position within our Insurance Agency. The position will include handling inbound customer service calls. Assisting customers with their immediate insurance needs, such as billing questions, policy changes and protection reviews. Candidates will be expected to sell new products to existing customers and new customer prospects as well. Position pays a competitive base with a commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process.

Responsibilities
Be a punctual and reliable employee who can provide good customer service to existing customers and selling products to new and our existing customer base.Be a friendly and trusted advocate for our customers to navigate their insurance needs.Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.Conduct insurance reviews with customers to ensure they are properly protected.Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.Treat each customer contact as a cross sell, and up-sell opportunity including financial products.Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of trust to enhance client retention and product loyalty.Requirements
No Experience Necessary
A true people person, networking, and rapport building with people and potential customers is a must.Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.A Property & Casualty license is required to start, but not required to applyDriven and goal-oriented individual.Be capable of handling customer rejection, strong customer relation skills.Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
