Are you a creative based in the Dallas, Texas area with social media management, content creation, and strategy development experience? Our client is seeking a dynamic Digital & Social Media Content Creator to join their team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content across various social media and digital media platforms, with a heavy emphasis on design and video editing. You will also manage social media accounts, and develop strategic campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement, building brand awareness and driving traffic to the company’s website.
Portfolio Note : In order to be considered, candidates must provide a portfolio with recent work examples demonstrating strong skills in design, photo retouching, video editing and production, and infographics creation.
You Will :
- Generate creative and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform's audience and requirements
- Adapt and repurpose content to suit the specific requirements and nuances of each platform while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage and maintain social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone
- Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to foster community growth and interaction
- Implement digital strategy and develop content strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic and improve engagement metrics across all digital channels
- Monitor social media and digital analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance digital content effectiveness
- Utilize strong design skills to create visually appealing graphics, reels and multimedia content that resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines
- Capture and edit high-quality videos for social media posts, stories, and ads, ensuring professional production standards and engaging storytelling
- Collaborate with web and graphic designers, the writing team and external vendors to ensure the timely publication of content on social media and e-platforms
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and platforms, collaborating with the writing team and business units to ensure alignment with overall digital strategy and goals
You Have :
Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Visual Arts, Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or Business-related degreeProven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy developmentProven design, photo retouching, video editing and production and infographics creation, along with other graphic design elementsProficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)Strong analytics skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insightsExperience with video shooting and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practicesExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks and work effectively with attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with Microsoft 365 suite, including PowerPointLogistics :
