FP&A Analyst

Are you a finance professional looking to grow your career in a hands-on, high-impact role? We're seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in the construction or manufacturing industry. This hybrid role supports both the VP of Finance and FP&A Manager, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of financial processes that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate data and assumptions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and present financial insights.
  • Help maintain financial controls and support audits and compliance.
  • Contribute to financial modeling, board materials, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects including cost-saving, margin analysis, and profitability reviews.

Required Qualifications of Financial Analyst :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A or accounting (internship experience considered).
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is required.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
