FP&A Analyst

This hybrid role supports both the VP of Finance and FP&A Manager, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate data and assumptions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather and present financial insights.
- Help maintain financial controls and support audits and compliance.
- Contribute to financial modeling, board materials, and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in ad hoc projects including cost-saving, margin analysis, and profitability reviews.
Required Qualifications of Financial Analyst :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.2-5 years of experience in FP&A or accounting (internship experience considered).Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is required.Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) is a plus.Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.Why Work Here as a Financial Analyst :
