LPN Homecare Position – Buckhead, GA | Every-Other-Weekend Rotation Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM | Monday–Sunday (EOW Rotation) We are hiring two Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a vibrant, alert, and oriented female client in her Buckhead home. This is a structured homecare role with a consistent daytime schedule and a collaborative care environment. Client Overview : Lives at home with her mother in Buckhead, GA Receives 24 / 7 Community Supported Living (CSL) services for all ADL care Manages her own medications and insulin independently Requires nursing oversight to confirm proper administration and ensure safety Enjoys food outings, mall trips, and socializing—nurse may assist with medical appointments and accompany outings as needed Position Details : Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM, Monday through Sunday Two LPNs will alternate weekends (EOW rotation) Weekday coverage may be available for additional hours if desired Responsibilities : Provide oversight for diabetic management and medication administration Assist with medical appointments and coordination of care Monitor client’s health status and document observations Collaborate with CSL staff and family to ensure continuity of care Support client’s independence and social engagement Requirements : Active Georgia LPN license Experience with diabetes care and homecare nursing Professional, reliable, and respectful of client autonomy Comfortable working in a home setting with a team-based approach This is a great opportunity for nurses who value consistency, client-centered care, and a positive home environment.
