In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission - administering health insurance benefits and providing exceptional support to our members and healthcare providers. Our representatives handle a high volume of inbound calls (5060 daily), assisting with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility.

What We're Looking For : We're seeking individuals with a strong background in call center environments who thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about helping others. A background in healthcare is a definite plus, as it helps you hit the ground running and better understand the needs of our members and providers.

Main Position Details

Start : 11 / 03 Pay : $21.00 / Hr Training : Three weeks in length, Monday - Friday from 9 : 00am-3 : 30pm Schedule : Will be assigned 8-hour shift Monday - Friday between 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm. Location : Bloomington, MN Duration : Contract position, currently set through 1 / 31 / 2026. Potential for permanent opportunity based on performance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
