The Finance Division manages SPR's accounting, contracting, event and athletic scheduling, and our customer program scheduling portal (Active Net). The Division administratively supports our other SPR divisions (Recreation; Planning, Development & Maintenance; Parks & Environment, Human Resources, Policy) and focuses externally to support our community with excellent customer experiences for athletic and event permitting.
This position will report to the Athletics Senior Scheduler on the Athletics Scheduling team in the Finance Division. The Athletic Scheduling office is responsible for issuing permits covering a wide range of services in our community to gain access to various athletic fields and indoor rentals for public and private uses. Our office issues about 2,400 field permits and over 200 indoor rental permits each year which can include various sports use including tournaments, film permits, indoor (rentals) childcare, park events and many other activities that help build community, encourage interactions of diverse groups, and enrich the lives of our residents.
SPR is seeking a creative and motivated individual to take a scheduler role in the Athletic Scheduling office.

The full salary range for this position is $36.92 to $42.96 per hour.
