Greet patients warmly and acknowledge them with kindness and a smile as they enter the pharmacy.Deliver outstanding patient care by engaging patients respectfully and efficiently assisting with orders — both in person and over the phone. Delegate inquiries about prescriptions and over-the-counter medications to the pharmacist as needed.Keep a tidy and organized workspace while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth department operations.Utilize the pharmacy computer system to optimize efficiency and deliver excellent patient care in all interactions, including drop-off, will call, drive-thru, and phone orders.Contribute to action plans aimed at achieving service excellence and improved business outcomes.Assist in executing company initiatives and programs effectively.Complete all required training and examinations.Adhere to company, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and guidelines for Pseudoephedrine sales.Process sales transactions accurately following established register procedures.Accurately transcribe prescription data to create customized labels for customers.Support inventory management through ordering, receiving, stocking, and rotating products as per company policies.Answer phone inquiries politely and efficiently while ensuring complete and accurate communication.Tackle customer inquiries and concerns by effectively coordinating with management and support staff.File written prescriptions daily to maintain organization.About Us
