Requirements :
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing guests and staff to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Manage the hotel’s main switchboard, ensuring efficient call routing and message delivery
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests and callers
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records of messages, calls, and other communications
- Assist with administrative tasks related to communication and guest services as needed
- Ensure the switchboard area remains organized, clean, and well-maintained
Skills and Qualifications :
