About the Role :
Are you passionate about helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) achieve their goals and thrive? Join our team at Creative Interventions - Achievement Clinic serving children ages 2-6, conveniently located right off the highway in Windsor, CT. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one therapy and be part of a team that changes lives for the better.
As an RBT, you’ll work closely with a team of professionals to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Minimum Qualifications :
Experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilitiesA passion for working with children and familiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related fieldExperience in clinical or educational settingsFamiliarity with data collection and analysisPrior experience in ABA therapyCompletion of RBT training and certificationYour Key Responsibilities :
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAsProvide direct one-on-one therapy to children with ASD and related developmental disabilitiesCollect, record, and analyze data to track client progressCollaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure treatment effectivenessUphold professional and ethical standards at all timesWhat You'll Bring to the Role :
