Position Overview :

We are seeking a Commercial Mechanical Piping / Plumbing Project Manager with hands on field experience and proven management skills. The ideal candidate will hold a Master Plumber's License , have deep knowledge of commercial and industrial plumbing and piping systems , and be skilled in estimation (Quotesoft).

This is a long-term leadership role with the potential for ownership for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage commercial and industrial plumbing / piping projects from bid to closeout
• Oversee estimation and preconstruction using Quotesoft software
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to field crews and project teams
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and general contractors to ensure project success
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Support the growth of the mechanical division through leadership, business development, and operational excellence
