Job Description: As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff performance. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Arizona license.
