Support individualized instruction in a structured, school-based setting. This paraprofessional position offers a contract opportunity to contribute to student success across a variety of classroom environments.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications :
Prior experience with special education or behavior intervention preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
Ability to assist with communication or physical support needs
Calm, consistent, and proactive approach to student interaction
Bilingual abilities welcomed, but not required
Key Responsibilities :
Work directly with students under the supervision of educators
Assist with adaptive instruction or curriculum delivery
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain safety protocols
Track and report progress on student goals
Provide support during class, activities, or off-campus learning
Support student achievement by offering day-to-day classroom assistance.
