As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure atmosphere, working as part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation. What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities : Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and observe activities within the premises to help to deter potential threats. Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and / or employees regarding security-related matters as needed. Document and report all incidents, observations, and / or suspicious activities according to company and site-specific protocols. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
