    • Join our dynamic Med Surg team caring for a wide variety of patients. You'll collaborate with Aurora Physicians across specialties to deliver safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. Responsibilities include :

  • Assessing patient needs and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Coordinating discharge planning and patient education.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

    • Requirements :

    Licensure, Registration, and / or Certification Required :

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).

    • Education Required :

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.

    • Experience Required :

  • Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing but new grads welcome to apply

    • Certification Addendum :

  • Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital based certifications (e.g. DNV, CARF or others)
