A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to join their remote call center team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a minimum of 50 calls per day, providing exceptional customer service to members and stakeholders
Assist with various inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Educate members on plan procedures, benefits, and services while maintaining a calm demeanor
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare or health plan settings
Minimum of one year of customer service and / or call center experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Windows platforms and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to maintain positive relationships with coworkers and clients while working remotely
