Special projects include a variety of topics such as pricing initiatives, performance benchmarking, deal sourcing, and operational improvements.Partner with all levels of management and staff across HdL for various initiativesServe as a Project Leader, Project Manager or analytical resource to impactful projects of HdLResponsible for business case formulation, financial and accounting analysis, strategic research and other value add strategic, project management, change management and process improvement initiativesPrepare senior executive and Board of Directors presentations and exhibitsServe in a leadership and mentoring role to staffLead or actively contribute to a variety of special projects that have a profound impact to HdLSkills and QualificationsHighly collaborative with a team building approachHighly analytical but with exceptional communication and people skills, both written and oralAssertive and competitive mindset balanced with diplomacy and team orientationStrong understanding and application of corporate finance, financial modeling, and valuation, and corporate accounting requiredConceptual understanding and practical experience with company valuation methodologies strongly preferredHighly proficient in all MS office suite products, including MS powerpoint, word and excelEducation and ExperienceBachelors degree in finance, economics, accounting or related analytical fieldMBA strongly preferredUnderstands and thoroughly represents HdLs core values5-10 years of experience preferred or other background within high performance cultureStrong desire to work on diverse projects, ranging from operations and accounting / tax in nature to strategic and investment focusedPrior experience in mergers & acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance or strategy consulting within professional services and / or notable company required.
