About the Role

The Schumacher Product team plays a critical role in guiding the business to new heights through this digital transformation.This role will have the opportunity to work on product with millions of daily users, contribute towards the company goal of building an e-commerce platform that can be considered top 10 in the US, and enable the company to scale 10x and hit the $1Bn revenue mark in the next 5 years. Moreover, the Product team will help create an experience for interior designers to build communities, get inspiration from our rich content, and eventually make Schumacher the market leader to shape industry trends.

In this newly-created Digital Product role on the Supply Chain Tech team, you'll shape and drive a roadmap that spans backorder and purchasing optimization, future-state purchase-order workflows, and real-time status update automation, ensuring cross-functional teams can make faster, smarter, data-driven purchasing decisions with full visibility from vendor to customer.

You'll partner with senior leaders across Sales, Procurement, and Operations to transform complex, fragmented processes into scalable, efficient systems. You'll define requirements, set priorities, and manage cross-functional delivery of initiatives that improve forecast accuracy, cut manual work, minimize fulfillment delays, and align supply chain execution with strategic business goals.

This is a highly visible, impact-driven role for a Digital Product Manager who thrives on solving operational challenges, translating insights into intuitive, business-critical tools, and ensuring adoption at scale.

The position will collaborate closely with a team of in-house product managers, designers, and engineers, as well as a diverse array of stakeholders, all going through significant business transformation. A successful product manager in this position will be motivated by the interplay of business, technology, and user experience, and should be able to move fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and nuanced product requirements to actively own and manage the complexity that comes with building amazing digital products. Additionally, this person should have a high degree of data fluency and be comfortable using data as a means of drawing insights to inform product and business strategy.
