Litigation Associate

InfraHire is hiring for Litigation Associate in Manhattan, NY

• Handle plaintiff-side employment litigation matters, focusing on Title VII, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL cases
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions and participate in mediations
• Navigate both federal and New York state court systems
• Perform legal research and analysis; communicate effectively with clients
• Independently manage multiple cases while collaborating with a fast-paced legal team
• Demonstrate initiative, follow-through, and a results-driven work ethic
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and contribute positively to firm culture
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Maintain active membership and good standing with the New York State Bar
