Remote EAP Counselor

A company is looking for a Remote EAP Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide counseling services to employees and their families through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health and wellness topics

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field

Active licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Experience in providing counseling services, preferably in an EAP setting

Knowledge of mental health issues and crisis intervention techniques

Familiarity with relevant laws and ethical guidelines in mental health practice
