Military Technician Position
This is a Military Technician position with the 79th Theater Sustainment Command, 301 Finance Company, 376 Finance Battalion, 687 Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 646 Regional Support Group, 103rd Expeditionary Sustainment Command located at Wausau, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include performing daily administrative functions in support of the organization's readiness program, providing guidance to personnel on changes to organizational regulations and directives, utilizing various automation systems to identify financial management program deficiencies, analyzing account report system to maintain inventory, coordinating training programs for personnel in accordance with organizational directives and guidance, managing the travel program for the organization, and providing pay guidance to organizational personnel.

To qualify, you must meet the education and / or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience : One year of specialized experience which includes providing administrative assistance support in one or more of the following areas : training, medical readiness, personnel actions, financial actions, supply, or logistics; coordinate logistical and training support with internal personnel and / or organizations; and prepare various written correspondence to be briefed to organizational personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade / level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education : Master's or equivalent graduate degree or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Business Administration, Strategic Management and Organizational Design and Development. OR Combination of Education and Experience : A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
