Job Description

RIVO is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our in-house legal team focusing on primarily transactional paralegal work (minimal litigation).This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with General Counsel on a wide range of matters—including contracts, compliance, employment law, consumer protection, and litigation support.

What You'll Do :

The Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to General Counsel with a variety of transactional, litigation, and compliance matters across the company. The Paralegal will be responsible for conducting thorough review of contracts, supporting employment and consumer compliance matters, conducting legal research, and assisting with organizing corporate records and legal due diligence. The paralegal will also provide litigation support.
