Our client, a fast-growing AI platform that builds and deploys intelligent workers to automate communication, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to help design and scale the internal systems that power its rapid growth.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a sharp, resourceful operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational challenges, and takes full ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Optimize Processes : Identify inefficiencies and build scalable systems across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Drive Execution : Lead key cross-functional initiatives that improve how teams operate and deliver impact.
• Manage Tools & Systems : Evaluate and implement internal tools that enhance collaboration and productivity.
• Plan & Report : Support company planning cycles, track progress against OKRs, and ensure organizational alignment.
• Document & Enable : Develop internal documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support operational excellence.
• Connect Teams : Act as the glue between departments, removing roadblocks and ensuring speed and clarity across the organization.
