We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
Accurately handle inquiries related to orders, products, billing, accounts, services, and troubleshooting needs.
Research, resolve, and document customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
Manage customer accounts, process updates, returns, payments, and adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, shipping, and finance to resolve complex or escalated concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience, providing feedback to leadership.
Support team goals by participating in training, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of customer service or call center experience (industry-specific experience a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and / or call center software.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to exceptional customer care.
Preferred Skills
Experience with platforms such as SAP.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
Background in retail, logistics, technology, finance, healthcare, or customer-facing industries.
