Responsibilities

Attend and serve at school-wide events (e.g., Meet & Greet, Back to School Night, Open Houses)Uphold CHC’s Teacher Essentials and Essentials of FaithWork Collaboratively with Other TeachersConnect relationally with children and families
Provide music instruction for Grades K-8, facilitate a Lower School Choir, and direct performancesIntegrate Biblical principles into all curriculum activitiesPlan and adapt lessons to meet students' needs and abilitiesEmploy creative teaching methods to reach the whole childMaintain discipline and accurate records of student progressImplement emergency procedures as requiredBuild Relationships with Students and FamiliesDevelop rapport and maintain communication
Represent Cherry Hills Christian professionallyAssess student learning and report progressRespect confidentiality and pray for the communityRespond Promptly to CommunicationsManage emails and messages professionally and confidentially
