The Project Manager Data Center-Site Execution is responsible for leading post-shipment project execution activities for assigned data center projects from shipment through site delivery, installation, customer acceptance, and project closeout. The Project Manager Data Center-Site Execution ensures proper installation of Rehlko-supplied equipment, coordinates site readiness activities, oversees issue resolution, and serves as the primary liaison among internal Rehlko teams, distributors, third-party vendors, and the customer throughout the installation and acceptance phase.
The Project Manager Data Center-Site Execution provides commissioning oversight (but does not serve as the commissioning lead) and ensures a seamless transition to the customer operations team at handoff. Project Manager Data Center-Site Execution operates with autonomy and authority to drive decisions, remove barriers, and ensure high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of assigned data center projects from shipment release through customer acceptance and closeout, ensuring delivery to contractual requirements, cost targets, and quality expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders for all post-shipment project execution matters.
- Coordinate and monitor site readiness, delivery scheduling, equipment offload, installation planning, and integration with electrical and mechanical contractors.
- Participate in installation coordination meetings, and customer status reviews to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and ensure timeline adherence.
- Provide oversight during commissioning by coordinating with Rehlko Service, Technical Support, distributors, and third-party commissioning agents; attend key commissioning milestones as needed.
- Participate in cross-functional issue resolution involving Application Engineering, Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Service, and Supply Chain to remove roadblocks and ensure timely corrective action.
- Manage project documentation, including site requirements, installation guidelines, change management, punch lists, and customer acceptance records.
- Maintain project performance dashboards and provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, punch list closure, and acceptance progress.
- Coordinate with Rehlko and distributor service teams to ensure proper startup support, training, and transition to long-term ownership.
- Drive project closeout activities, including lessons learned, deliverables review, training documentation, and formal handoff to the customer
- Establish strong working relationships with distributors and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with Rehlko standards and customer expectations.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or equivalent 5 years of Generator commissioning / installation experience.5 years of experience in project management, field engineering, or execution of complex engineered-to-order (ETO) equipment installations, preferably within power systems or critical facilities.3-5 years of Field experience in installation oversight of generators, switchgear, or power systems strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners without direct authority.Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve installation and field issues under time-sensitive conditions.Exceptional communication, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills.Work Mode : Remote
