Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal to join our team and provide dedicated support to attorneys handling medical malpractice defense matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in complex litigation and brings strong organizational and analytical skills to the table.

Key Responsibilities :

Support attorneys in all phases of medical malpractice defense cases

Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation materials

Conduct legal research and summarize case facts

Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and deadlines

Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and experts throughout the litigation process

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience supporting attorneys in medical malpractice litigation

Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related business degree

Proficiency in legal technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
