Job descriptionCreate CMM Program's for Aerostructure style parts Import models (Catia, etc.) into PC-DMIS / Polyworks software for inspection Advanced math skills (Algebra, Trigonometry, GD&T Math) Perform dimensional inspection layouts using Coordinate Measuring Machine Assure pieces are within specified geometric tolerances required and are in compliance with engineered drawings and company specifications Provide time estimates for part inspection Identify any fixture requirements for part inspection Proficient in blueprint reading, dimensional inspection, and GD&T Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges Experience with coordinate measuring machines for quality control Familiarity with machining processes and tooling Knowledge of PC DMIS and Hexagon Equipment Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
