Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and intakesProvide brief therapy, crisis intervention, and individual counseling for mild to moderate casesDiagnose using DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health recordsCollaborate with primary care providers and community organizations for coordinated careParticipate in peer reviews and supervise MSW interns (as needed)Uphold legal and ethical standards, including mandatory reportingWhat We’re Looking For
Master’s in Social Work or Marriage & Family TherapyLicensed as LCSW or LMFT by the California Board of Behavioral SciencesStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication, time management, and organizational abilitiesBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredCurrent CPR certification requiredProficiency in using electronic health record systemsBenefits
